Alfred Hitchcock


Sir Alfred Hitchcock.

Sir Alfred Hitchcock is a film maker from England, famous for being the king of suspense, he was born in 1899 and died in 1980, his career began with the film 'suspicion' in 1949, this marked Hitchcock as a famous film producer and director. Some of his most famous films are 'North by Northwest', 'The Birds' and mostly 'Psycho'. He was married to Alma Reville and fathered one daughter, living the majority of his life on a farm that he and his wife purchased. 


Throughout his work, Hitchcock is known to use camera angles and music to create a large sense of suspense, an incredibly good example of this is in the film 'psyhco' in the famous shower scene that is below.
